Log In Problem!!!!! Need Help

So I don't know what happened today but I havn't been able to log into stardock or ICO! I gave my name and pw and it didn't recognize either of them. So tried giving my info to have my pw sent to my email but it gave me an error message and said login failed. It didn't recognize my email. So then I tried signing up again, but it recognized that my user name was already in use. But I still couldn't get my PW. I know my PW is correct and am frustrated at not being able to connect or get onto the forums. The only reason I was able to get here right now and make this post was through the original registration email I kept saved in my inbox. I got here through the validation link. I am limited however to posting on the forum. I tried conncecting to the "my account"  thing under my name and it prompted me for my email and pw. Is there nayone who has had this happen? Could some one point in the right direction.
