so yeah, I just bought sins the other day, installed it, nothing went wrong.  and I made sure that my computer met the minimum requirements (as it isnt the best computer out there, not by a longshot), and it met them all, but much to my dismay, the game didnt work.  the screen would go black for a second, then the blackness would recede to a smaller black square in the top left corner of the screen.  then I would close it out and get the minidump message.

I followed all the instructions on this site already, none of which worked. 

and today, I went out and got some much needed RAM.   The added 512, so im now running at about 1024mb of ram, didnt do anything to solve the problem.  ive tried installing and reinstalling it several times now.

any ideas?  they would be much appreciated
