No mod tab in options menu

I go to the options menu, but there is no Mod tab. All the others ones like sound and vid options are there, but not the mods tab.

I haven't downloaded the new patch, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it, and I don't know if I need to download anything else to see the mod tab.

Any help?

Edit. Saw that I needed to patch up to see it....
