no mods folder

ive owned gal civ 2 and this and have always had the problem on both games of never having a mod folder!!!! i know where its supposed to be and its not and ive looked everywhere else, does anyonwe know how to make one?

Either you're not showing hidden files/folders, or maybe you didn't update to 1.02? Because it's there where it's supposed to be in the user path :P

Go to the windows explorer options, it should be under files & folders somewhere.

ive told it to show hidden files and folders its still not their!!! this happened with gl civ 2 aswell, i think my computer hates me.

no it doesnt it just get confused here is wut u do set ur do not show on hidden files restart ur comp then go to files set to show go look for it that should do it if it doesnt show still then heh reinstall :P
