1.03 patch notes?? preview before release possible??

I heard this patch was meant for a before the end of the month release?? So as the month nearly over any chance we'l be able see what made it in such as fixes / features etc??

 

Or will we just find out whnever it gets released on the day?

All realising patch notes before the patch does is create a wave of whiners that cry foul to tentative changes and declare the game is now dead because a certain unit got a slight cost increase without ever trying the patch.
