Clicking my fleet icon in the unit tree causes the scroll bar to move down (bug?)

If have a lot of planets and items in my unit tree, so there is a scroll bar I need to use to see everything. This is fine.

However, if I scroll up to the top and click my fleet icon, the scroll bar shifts down and I lose visibility to my fleet. I then have to scroll back up to the top where my fleet is. I just want to be able to click my fleet and have the focus of the fleet remain visible.

Is this a problem? Is there a way to move the fleet down in the list to work around the problem?

I had the same Problem. Now I use the empire tree in a diffrent way. I have turned off auto-pinning every planet, so now my empire tree is really short. I pin the planets where I have my frigatefactories and those, where a fight is taking place, per hand. This is not solving the problem, but it will not disturb me anymore. Because of the 'cleaned' empire tree I have a better overview now and can perform several click-actions faster.
