Can we go over the user.settings file please? lol! cmon! :)

lets tweak the shit out of this file!

ive already decided on a few tweaks that i use in this file, however i want to hear what other people are doin to make their game run better.  and can anyone tell me what the 'NVPerfHudEnable' setting does, if it does anything at all cause i have a 6600gt and i would assume if it recognized that it would turn it on but its off by default, im asking because im assuming the NV thing stands for nvidia.  and what about 'isloadingtexturesinbackground' is this one good or not i have 1.5 gigs of ram so im thinking better for it to be off for better average HD performance in the game.

-NVPerfHudEnable should be false. This hooks into Nvidia's debugger hud and will only slow you down.

-IsLoadingTexturesInBackground is to multithread load textures during the game. Turning this off will slow down your initial load times dramatically (instead of loading the stuff you start with it will preload EVERYTHING) and it will be very slow if you change the texture details during gameplay without this on. I recommend leaving it to TRUE.

Turns off meshes. Unplayable but good for iterating over UI changes and the like.
