Killing Buildings Quickly?

Hi All,

What's the best way to kill buildings quickly?  Obviously bombers are designed for the job.  What else?  Do LRMs do okay?  Lets say I wanted to rush his base, take out a research lab and leave... what would I use, and how many do you think?  (say this is early before I can get carriers and bombers up)

And what about after I have bombers?  How many wings of bombers does it take to make a good raiding force?  That is, to take out a research lab or something quickly.

Bombers of course, and LRM's do the most damage to buildings. The Advent Illuminator tears up buildings IMO better than bombers.

If you are doing a strike mission, Don't forget to kill ALL CONSTRUCTION FRIGATES while or after you destroy the structures. It adds quite a bit of rebuilding time especially on multiplayer.
