Game crash after 2 hours of play...

... with mini dump message

Hello,

I purchased the game online and I really like it.

The problem is that after approximatively two hours of online game it crashes and saves some info in a dump file.

I played the game twice online, yesterday and today, and same problem in both games.

I contacted the support vie email, and send them both dump files and my dxdiag dump.

For Information game is version 1.02 and I am on Windows XP 64Bit / Q6600 / XFI Fatality Xtrem gamer / 8800 GTS 512 all up to date of course and as you can imagine no problems on many other games.

I hope there will be a patch soon because it is really annoying :)

update the game should solve the issue =) at least worked for me. i have played for 6 hours and no problem :D

If you are experiencing crashes, please zip up the following items and email them to [email protected] with a description of the problem:

+ A dxdiag of your PC (Start -> Run -> type "dxdiag" and hit Enter -> Save all information).

+ Any mini-dump files that were generated from the locations below (note that these directories are Hidden by default):

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp\Sins Dump

Vista: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\Sins Dump

+ For multiplayer games, please include your save games from each person who crashed.

It should go without saying that if you haven't done it already, make certain you have the latest video and sound drivers for your systems.

Seems like an awful lot of trouble for my $60. How about you send me a refund and I will help you fix your game. As an added bonus, if you act now, I won't flame you on reviews when I do them online. But wait, there's more. For a short time only, you get a smile and a pat on the back for a good game idea. Act now to fix it.

For all others, my game was already up to date when i bought it online, but somehow I managed to update it again (in game link) and now I can play for hours.

So, just update your game even if it says it is already updated :)
