It seems buildings go into phasic barrier easy enough, but alot of times they never come out on thier own.
I have planets that havent been attacked in hours. When i look at thier civic structures, they are still phased out. Can you make a small piece of code that if there are no hostiles in a system, then the structures phase back in.
