depends how you got the game.
If you got the box you should prolly be able to find it on the manual.
if you ordered the download version you should be able to find the key on your account

if all that fails, you can mail [email protected]

that's it unless you want to play online. If you do, type that key in when it tells you to for creating an ICO account :HOT: 

EDIT: The serial is the key.

You can send us an e-mail ( [email protected]) and we can check your Stardock account. If you bought the game from us on-line, our Sales Dept. sends you an e-mail with all the game information, including the serial number.
