Can't See UI Top

When I plat the game my user interface has the op buttons such as menu and such cut off. I cannot see the buttons to click on them or anything. Resizing my desk didn't seem to work nor did the resize screen to display option. when in game there are no resolution options for me only refreash rate and such.

What can I do to fix this? can I somehow resize the ui?

System: Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit. AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core processor 6000 3.00 Gig, Nvidia Gforce 8800 GTX 756 MB. 4 Gigs ( 2X 2 gig duel channel 800 ) Ram. 37 inch LCD TV for monitor.

Sounds like the TV is overscanning. Check your windows/nvidia settings for an option to change it to underscan.
