Cant log onto IronClad online

You need to create an Ironclad Online account. In the Ironclad Online log in area just hit the create account button. This is different from your CD code.

This is what I did do and it asks for my name, password, and CD code on that prompt.

You have to start the game >> click on Iron Clad Online >> then "create account" (and create an account) >> then "add player" (whatever you want your online name to be) >> then click on "use player" >> then click on "lobby" to chat to other players online.

I started the game, then clicked Iron Clad Online, then "create account".

On the "create account" I placed in my username, password, and CD as it asked me to do. I then clicked on "add player"

When I then try to use the "use player" it says name not found.

So then I tried to go through the whole process again and it says cd key used so I cant do it again!!



Ok what do i DO???

Please send your username and cd key to [email protected] so we can take a look at what is going on in more detail.

Ihave done what you guys asked and emailed you a few days ago and still no response. PLEASE help i really want to play online this weekend and Im already getting very bored of playing stupid computer opponets.

same here, mine was sent in yesterday.

I have a slightly different problem to this.

I created the account fine and got into the lobby. however after leaving to adjust my game settings I now cant get back in as it says I am already logged in

I have a problem where my computer frezzes up w/ music when I enter all my info. to creat an account and I have to unplug my comp. and start again. Ctrl+Alt+Delete wont exit me out either what should I do?

Run the game in "windowed" mode as it sounds like a firewall is asking permission to allow SINS out and you're not seeing the pop-up.

uh the cd code does it mean the game serial # or there is a different 1?

Rofl, this same problem is happening to me, online worked for a few months but then I quit playing, I came back a few months later and wouldn't let me log in.

I do remember that I was called Seed of Bush though.

My problem is different. After I enter all that stuff like my name password code stuff, i click on create and it tells me, "Disconnected from Ironclad Online" and it always does this. Any comments on this problem because I need help.

This is likely caused by a version less than 1.13. Have you updated from Impulse recently?

Yeah - it means your ports are not open probably - open port 7000, 6000 and if you want to host the old fashioned way, port 6112 which needs to be port forwarded from modem to PC

Make sure you updated to v1.13 from Impulse

Ive got the same problem with it...it says my Account name could not be found.

and when i try to reregister is says that the CD key is already in use. my impulse is version 1,13

 

ive also contracted ironclad support...but ive not recieved word yet.

ok so i forgot my password and i emailed them and no one is getting back to i keep getting a stupid auto mated response i want to talk to someone. just get it back so i kan play. sigh seriuosly get the crap back to me its frustrating.

 

You automaticly get a response no matter what you send to them...give me a few days, and still nothing send them another email friendly reminding them. It pays to be nice to IC.
