Four hours and counting... No sign of support, and it's time to give up for today and call it a night.
This really is the most ridiculous situation I have ever seen in a retail online game. I am very sure that I didn't misspell my username, and either that is the case, or there was a problem with Ironclad's server. I'd hate to think that Ironclad's servers are so disturbingly sloppy as to fail in such a way, so it's most likely a typo on my part; despite how sure I am it was correct. I'm absolutely disgusted at Sin's lack of
any form of account recovery, leaving me to send
[email protected] (That is the right e-mail right?) an e-mail, just begging, hoping to get what I paid for, and soon.
I can only hope that when I get home tomorrow, an e-mail will enlighten me with news that I can play the game with my friends, which is the reason I bought the game anyway.
