Anyone else thing the changes to the chat system are bad?

I liked the other chat system better. It wasn't perfect, but I thought that this was a definite step down.
 
I like the allies being the first tab, but that's it. Replacing the colored names with /w and all that is horrible, not to mention the no save feature, so you have to constantly hit tab every time.
 
Anyone else feel the same?

It's also difficult to figure out who's talking to who, now that there's no differentiation between whispers and general chat.

The new commands is good.. the lack of sticking that we had before and the lack of colors is baddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd.

I could deal with the /w and /a being in front of it, though it seems pointless. Just says Allies: It looks so much better. But the non sticking and no colors is lame.

I totally agree with you. During one game alone I have had 10 accidental talks, on each side, where we let they other team know an important battle strategy, and vice versa. Also, its kinda scary to type because if you type it in wrong, like /s instead of /a (they're right next to each other on the keyboard) you could end up sending important info to the other team. I am filing a formal request to the dev team to fix this as soon as possible PLZ. Anybody on this thread who supports me please write a similiar request to return the chat system back to the way it was. I miss the old system.

I want it back to normal, but with ally chat in it's current position, right after all. Only one tab click away. Sticking and colors I want back.
