Are there Sound Cues for Black Market Events? (Crash/Boom)

Hi guys,

I played a bit. And I love the new black market system. (FLame me now!) I was just curious if there were sound cues for the event cards that pop up when the black market crashes. I've seen the icon in the event card display, but I've never heard a sound cue for it. Have I missed it? Does it not play somtimes? Has anybody heard a sound cue for this event?

I'm pretty sure I heard sound announcements when the market was crashing/booming. But it's one of those things I don't specifically look out for, so..
