Firewall warning

So before the 1.3 update, I repeatedly got the firewall warning when I tried to host games. However now there is no warning. Does this mean that more people can join my game, or does it mean that stardock decided to take away that warning in order to stop annoying people?

The warning may be gone, but people will still have to make sure their systems are configured correctly.
