If you know that I had to pay an additional $15 to get it shipped to Europe, than again $15 to get it passed customs (Europe), you can imagine how pleased I was.

Even I Stardock sends me the 'missing content', it will again cost $15 to get it passed customs.

If you are civil when you explain it to Stardock, I suspect there is a good chance they will take responsibility for the shipping cost.

So you live in India? Because every time I contact dell support I get someone with an Indian accent. Not that I have anything against them (They've always resolved my problem), I just find it funny that someone in India is dells support guy! Obviously cheaper to hire them.

Hey, I've got to make one correction here to be fair. I can't edit my post, but I do want to say that Dell's online support chat is really helpful. I can't badmouth them. My $3000 worth of performance laptop several years ago was a disappointment back then, yes, and led to a bunch of complaining, but $3000 is a lot different from $40. Having missing documentation in a game is a lot different from cheapo hardware in a high end system. It was really annoying to be referred to as a number.

Stardock will take care of you. I know that you are pissed right now. Just take a moment to vent and then fire off an e-mail. Everything will turn out. They are good folks... the "good" guys if you will.

Orignal Poster; the world does not resolve around you. There are not teams of men making sure every package contains everything inside of it. There is not a special service dedicated to making sure everything is supposed to be as it should. Mistakes happen.

Hmm, well I know myself when I bought it the music disc was missing. I didn't know it, I was walking around the mall and the guy found me and brought me back so he could give it to me. I was lucky that way cause the only reason why I got the collectors edition was cause of the music and because I thought that you got that Mycolors desktop theme for the game too. BTW, can any confirm or deny this?

But anyways, just chat to Stardock like everyone says. Its a company, but its a human company not like EA Games
