Multiple mods?

is it possible to run multiple mods at the same time? if not could someone tell me how to combine mods properly? I'm trying to run Silveressa's Empowerment v1.1 and Sins Plus 1.2a. I tried just dumping them in the same folder but that didn't work. any hints?

You can't normally run two at the same time. However, popular mods are being merged by the community, as well as the authors. One problem with this merge is; I'm not sure if Silver's mod will run on 1.03, have you tried it by itself with 1.03?
