Can't register Sins after I bought it to get patch, please help!

Hi guys,

In trying to download the update for Sins and I get a message saying I am not registered as purchasing it so please enter serial number.

I input the serial number in the blank and when I submit it nothing happens... It just gives me the same screen. It doesn't say invalid number or anything.

Any advice? Please help, thanks!

Actually please remove this post. When I used the program 'stardock central' it shows me as owning the game and allows me to update it.

Wow pretty horrible updating system if you ask me as the ingame button is what put me on that screen in IE that gave me the error.
