Building targeting issues

Since patching to v1.03, I've noticed that the AI doesn't seem to do a proper job of targeting certain buildings under circumstances that I've yet to be able to nail down.

More specifically, my units seem to no longer auto-target Frigate Factories.  They'll bomb a planet, destroy all the other buildings in orbit, but leave it completely alone.  This seems to happen about 75% of the time.  Similarily, I caught the AI completely ignoring a bunch of Turrets.  I ordered my ally to attack the Pirate base, which it did.  I believe there was 24? Turrets to begin with, the AI took out all the ships, and 5 of the Turrets, but left the other 19.  It commenced bombarding the planet, all the while being shot by the Turrets without returning fire.  It took over the planet and still left the Turrets there (I believe they stopped firing once the planet was captured).  I took my fleet in, which also wouldn't auto-target the Turrets, although I could (and did) do so manually.

These have been reported - I know it happens with pirate turrets and frigate factories, I didn't catch it with defeated AI turrets, so I'll add that to the list ;)

I have a similar "quwirk", my capital ships can't target anti-fighter frigates. Other frigates and fighters can, but my capital ships just stare at them.

I have that bug too. My Capital ships cannot target pirate flak frigates, pirate fighter hangers and pirate gauss cannons.
