Ship building question

Ok, I am new at this so slash away but please help on this one question.  I can not build more that 10-15 ships on any one planet then I am pretty much done.  I have plenty of metal and crystal and cash so why cant I build?

Sounds like you didn't research higher fleet cap, which you can do through the Fleet Logistics research screen :)

yep, definitely fleet logistics research is what you need. i would recommend trying some of the tutorials in the game to familiarize yourself with the interface so you know when and how to do this research.

Thank you and I did. I guess I just want to know if their is a set number of ships a planet can build during a game. Ah wait available capital commanders... I may not be doing enough research in that area. I have researched every military and civilian thing.

Planets themselves have nothing to do with the number of ships - it's all done through the fleet logistics research.

Capital ships do need the additional crews research, but sounds like you got that now :)
