If you are experiencing crashes, please zip up the following items and email them to
[email protected] with a description of the problem:
+ A dxdiag of your PC (Start -> Run -> type "dxdiag" and hit Enter -> Save all information).
+ Any mini-dump files that were generated from the locations below (note that these directories are Hidden by default):
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp\Sins Dump
Vista: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\Sins Dump
