Account not found?

I just registered my CD-Key but the thing is, I activated my account but when I'm trying to log on Ironclad, it says Accout not found but it works on the website. Can someone help me?

Have you tried rechecking your spelling, adding/removing the "-" symbols, and copying it into the game by hand?
