Game will not start up

Help please
Installed game,install log shows all went well
Game starts with intro movies
When movie ends game quits.

I have Window ME
AMD 1400
512 ram
ATI All In Wonder Radican 128 Pro
Sound Blaster Audigy 2
Direct X 9.0

Note this is the first game ever that has not work on install.
Error logs show no problems.

No full screen. But I made sure I was at 16-bit before starting just in case. Still a no go...movies run sound plays...then movie ends and I'm back to desk top with no game running.

Hmmm, I would try uninstalling the game, updating your DirectX 9.0 to 9.0a, then update your video and sound drivers (also goto the manufacturer's website for updates). I would also go to http://www.windowsupdate.com and update your OS.

Keep us posted on what goes on...you also may want to try posting on the 'Bug Report Thread'.

if you're still having trouble after all that, e-mail me the debug.err file from your galciv directory and the smartexception file. It'll be called galciv.exe.cra

I checked and found an old windvd player was in conflict
Deleted windvd as I never use if
I BAM!!! Game up and running!!! I must say VERY Fast support on this....game is very cool!!
