cant find my mod folder

ok the line most of you will show me will probably look like this "C:\Documents and Settings\*user name*\Local Settings\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\" but heres the problem i dont seem to have a "Local Settings" folder there. so now what?

It is Hidden. Use the Folder Options to make it visible, and if you don't know how to do that, Google it.
