I am watching everyone make mods yet I don't have the slightest clue how to do anything. I have what I believe are somewhat good mod ideas, but I don't know how to make those mods. HELP!!!

Download the mod tools pack available in the Downloads section, it contains some tutorials on how to get started

Notepad! And read those tutorials, they do explain how stuff works
