Error Message

Galaxy Forge

I recently reinstalled windows xp on my system and oc my cpu from a 2.4 dual core to a 3.4GHz. I downloaded Galaxy Forge and it gives me an error message everytime i try to use it. (Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135))

What can I do, it worked before reinstalling and oc'ing my cpu...?
