Please Help me... No random slots

Hi from Greece,
Please some help...
iam using GalaxyForge and i have load the module Sins Plus (by Uzii) v1-2b

The problem: I have make one map in GalaxyForge, all seems to be ok.
But when i load the new map in the game, the players slots are random...!
In GalaxyForge i have setup the owner in all the Home planets, but when i play the game it loads the players position random.

in version 1.0 i didnt have that problem. i am using 1.03 patch
any idea?
