No Start Menu On ObjecTDock

It just won't do what I say >:(

ok so I added the start menu shortcut on the objectdock and then it's pretty simple, when i click on it nothing happens. GeForce2 Card, 1024mb of RAM, Latest drivers, everything else on the dock works fine. Anyone know what the problem could be? Any help is appreciated, tHanks!
