help with mod glitch?

i downloaded the "No Pirates" mod and started a game. Saved when I went to bed last night and now when I reload to start playing again everything is screwed up. Money is going negative and even the black market it costs me to sell instead of paying me. My fleet screen shows -100 people available.

any ideas?

There is also a known issue with the game options in 1.03, that they won't automatically be set to the same levels as you had before. It can be sorted simply by opening the game options and re-saving them when you load the game. Sounds like that could be your problem too, if you had large fleets on before.

i just bought the game and patched to 1.03 i think, i didn't realize i needed to reload the mod and the game options.
