"You Don't Have Files Needed For This Game"

When attempting LAN play

Greetings everyone and thanks in advance for the help.

Whenever my roommate and I attempt to play a LAN game of Sins we are presented with the error message "Don't have files needed for this game."

I can connect to online multiplayer games fine, and have turned my router's firewall completely off for the time being, but still no luck.


Any thoughts?

Wierd...when do you get this error?  Can you post a screenshot of it?

One of you has some MOD(s) enabled. Disable them and restart the game. Also make sure you're running the same version of the game.

Both of us have fresh copies of the game, no Mods. Both are running the same version. Will post a screenshot in one moment.

well i get it when trying to join a game we create
we have the same versions and mods are off
