I believe Josie handles IC support? She used to in beta, and probably retail too. So you shouldn't be getting new people each time. It's a small company

Anyway, minidumps usually aren't answered if it's not a problem on your end. Blair has said previously they get a lot, and they can't answer every one. They will answer if it's a problem you can fix, if it's a problem on their end they'll just patch it in and you may not hear back about it.
They are also working on putting an auto-responder in for some common solutions.
