Twilight of the Arnor, Political Machine, Impulse, the 4x MoMish spiritual successor, and Society were all mentioned in the pod cast, and those are already known products. So it's not likely that the announcement is going to have anything to do with either of those.

The most likely scenario, given the info that came out of the ramblings that were the GFW podcast, seems to be the publication of some other developer house's game.
From the sounds of the podcast, it didn't sound like another indie small time fish either.

At least that's what I got out of the 1h 45 minute podcast crazyness.
