Do "aura" type abilities stack..?

I am new to this game, and was just wondering if same-type "aura" passives stack. There seems to be a lot of various options for Advent in regards to this, and I was completely unsure.

For example, if I had several Destra Crusaders with their upgraded ability (Passive deals 1.5dps to nearby enemy ships I think), will having several of them make enemies take 3 dps, 4.5 dps, and so on? I mainly wanted to know if the passive abilities granted by the Halcyon Carrier stacked with other Halcyon Carriers (Ie. having several more bombers per squadron, or the bonus attack speed).

Stacking is determined solely by the buff file line:

onReapplyDuplicateType "ReplaceWithNewBuff"

It can be KeepOldBuff, etc. It has nothing to do with what kind of an ability it is. Most abilities do not stack, and it's the highest bonus that gets applied. For the Halycon, you're talking about the energy weapon cooldown passive, right? If so..

onReapplyDuplicateType "KeepOldBuff"

Is from its buff, which means only one buff is applied, if a new carrier enters the range, the units keep their old buff.
