account name not found?

in game troubles

Just bought this and created this account, and I try to log in for online games, and it says my account name doesn't exist?

Works on this forum though

So I tried the create new account button in the menu ingame, and I enter my cd-key and this same account name(tried a couple different names), and it says my serial has already been registered.

Whats goin on?

ICO accounts are separate from the forums, so you do need to make one there. If you are having trouble doing that, contact [email protected] with the serial you're trying to use and they can get you sorted out.
