How do you capture things with the Vasari?

Hello,

  I'v been playing on Skirmish with the Vasari today and I noticed that the Jarun Migrator can't capture structures like the other sides versions can. How to I get the extractors in sectors where there is no planet to capture with them? Thanks!

Vasari do it with scouts rather than colony ships.
