My last two games were not added after submit????

I've submited my last two games but they did not show up in my score file... why???
My first 12 games showed up but not game 13 and game 14
Do I need to upgrade my version?
I tried to get an upgrade dowload in the "Dowlaods" section... but it doesn't work.
Need Help AARRRRGGHHHH>>>>> :(

The metaverse has been down since yesterday for everyone as best as the posts on this board reflect (have yet to see anyone say they have submitted in the past 24 hours).

The part that's ticking me off is not one official response yet. Something like this deserves at the very least a sticky "We're looking into it" so we don't keep seeing threads about it started again and again.

Just finish another game and did a submit and again nothing...
Looks like the metaverse is still down. (April 5 and April 6)
They should at least say something when that happens.

Not to be a pessimist about this or anything (afterall, I am a pretty happy Galciv gamer in general), but if the staff folks are talking vacation plans for a week or so out in the news section, then what makes anyone think that Metaverse is going to get fixed soon? :notsure:

Given how testy certain some people have got over Metaverse ( on both user and dev side) it wouldn't surprise me if its not a priority with them

by the way if there is something that needs attention you might visit the chat room and tell them there. They are very responsive but there are a whole lot of threads daily and that might slow their response time.

By the time that I saw this note, Pat had already posted the sticky thread saying that the scores were being processed.
