Help a nub like me get this game going

Hi,

I bought Sins last night as a digital download, but in a moment of absolute stupidity I don't think I linked the purchase to my Stardock central account. That and the fact that I had to reboot the computer straight after the transaction to buy the game. I can't seem to "find" the game anywhere on my system, or a link to download it/verify my purchase. It's probably something simple, but I just don't know what I need to do to download it, although I can see that the payment has been processed from my C/Card.

Thanks for your patience in dealing with an elementary issue, I'd appreciate any help I can get.

If you bought it you should have everything needed to activate it in SDC in an email (namely the serial number).

If you didn't get an email then you you should get onto stardock support.

If you have Vista. Go to start and hit games. It doesn't go to program files, just the game explorer

If you bought it, it should be in your e-mail. The e-mail account you used to bought the game is the stardock central log-in. If you don't remember what password you set, try to get them to reset your password thru the e-mail.

Thanks for the speedy responses. I'll have to get onto tech support then, as I haven't received an email with the details yet, and it's about 12 hours since I bought the game. I figured it would be an automated thing that I would get straight away. Anyhow, thanks again for your help.

Might have to wait till Stardock opens on Monday if there was a problem charging your account.

Try using Stardock Central to have it send you the serial number. Or go to this page to do it:
