We at support did respond to your e-mail, you wrote in on the evening of April 16, we responded to you the next morning. Check your Spam or Junk mail folder, it may have gotten put there.
Now, although Stardock has absolutely nothing to do with any Retail purchases, we can still help. If you can send us a scan or digital picture of the box, open to show there is no serial sticker, along with the receipt from BB, we can assign you a new serial number.
