How to you change fleet cap limits?

I can't seem to find a thread that explains how you can change or eliminate fleet caps. Can anyone explain to me how this is done? Or perhaps there is a mod for this out there already?

I like to play on huge maps, where the fleet caps make it very difficult to defend all of your systems and stay on the offensive, and I'd like to mod the fleet caps to make the game a bit more "epic map" friendly.

Check out my mod..

I have fleet cap sizes of 2,000 (small setting) 5,000 (medium setting) and 10,000 (Large setting).

is ther a mod for just fleet sizes that dont affect capital ships cuz i like them the way they are

Its under GameInfo/Gameplay... under fleet size.
