My primary method of obtaining updates and visiting these forums has been via my registration email, "activating" my account on each visit; I've attempted to retrieve my password, but the first time my credentials were emailed back to me with the password field blank. Now, when I try to get an email reminder, a window pops up telling me there was an error of some sort. I've globally enabled javascript, and have checked my spam folder. Also, on a possibly related note, I'm finding the Stardock 404 error page with greater frequency, now that I'm trying to access my credentials rather than browsing the forums.

I'm posting here for lack of any of the administrators' contact information appearing on the site, at least that I can find. From what I've seen, this is a fairly active community that is quickly building a reputation for frequent developer involvement and an excellent modding contingent. I hope that these account issues get resolved quickly so that I can continue to enjoy product support and the community angle of SoaSE.
