Patch versions

Is it neccesary to download every patch before version 1.04 also, or does 1.04 contain everything from 1.01, 1.02 and 1.03? I ask this because I can't find the downloads for the earlier patches. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The 1.04 patch contains everything from the previous patches, so no worries
