I write to seek the  services  of any skilled personnel in regards to desktop and windows customization solutions.

My company got some windows branding project, here in west africa and we re looking for  credible firms or persons with great experience in windows/desktop components customization, to outsource to.

Our core expertise does not fall within this genre, hence our decision to outsource.

Our Project- A bundled customization package, as proposed by our client would include:
                
       Windows Media Player Skins
       Windows themes
       Windows Start-up/Logon Screens(boot Skins)
       Rotation Wall Papers(wallpapers + rotor app)
       Screen savers

All of the afforementioned components would be designed and crafted around the brand elements of the said client.

In  a nutshell, we hope to deploy the customised package into a brand factor that would enable our client:
 (1) Establish a bond with its consumers, creatively
 (2) Enhance and add Value to their Brand
 (3) Provide cool windows environments for its consumers
 (4) Gain some PR, whiles they re at it
