I think my copy is missing its serial number

As you know, I must provide a serial number in order to register online. I've been told that the serial number can be found inside the DVD case, but I'm looking inside my DVD case right now and I see nothing indicating a serial number. Am I doing something wrong, or did I simply get screwed by GameStop? Thanks in advance.

Is it behind your manual?
On the right of my cd case is a cd well with one cd in it (it looks to fit about 4).
On the left are 2 clips to hold the manual, one to push down on my imaginary stack of cds, one sticker telling me the address to go to to get my bonus theme from stardock, and another sticker titled PC SINS SOLAR CODE STKR.. that is the one

I also had a problem, I try to register and I have a serial number but it says I have an incorrect email address and I need to use the one I purchased the game with. I don't get it.

Nope, there's definitely no serial number to be found. Should I take this up with GameStop? Is there ANYTHING I can do?

Email [email protected], they will need a picture of the box/receipt, but they can issue you a new serial number.

Sounds like you need to contact Stardock support also and have them merge your 2 accounts, or something.

Suskie, Stardock generally does not reply on the weekends, but with luck they will respond to you on Monday.

GameStop has been known to sometimes remove the serials from the boxes (since they leave them opened on the shelf) and forget to give them to you with the disc at purchase, so checking with them could turn it up. If you don't have any luck with that though, [email protected] will be able to help.
