Hello everybody.  This is really just a request.  I'd like to compile a list of commonly used tools (with links if they're available) that people use to mod Sins so that people who want to get started modding (like me) can jump right into the fray without having to look around too long for tools.

So to get started:

Text Editor: Notepad2 (http://www.flos-freeware.ch/notepad2.html)

Also, I'm wondering if there's a tool with a UI that'd make making those text file modifications simpler.  Something that would display the variables, descriptions of the variables, and either a text field or a slider to change them.  I'm pretty lazy, so that's the reason for me asking.  I'm also very stubborn, and I'm seriously considering making a basic version myself so I can both learn a new language and make tweaking another mod in progress easier.
