First, I'll apologize if this problem has been posted already, I couldn't find anything with this particular problem.
Everytime I try to create an account for play online, the game freezes after I enter all my information and hit accept. I can't even ctrl-F4 out of it. I have to hard reset my comp. I can play single player games all day long.
