Sound Blaster Audigy 2 in game scratchy sound

So I use to use my onboard sound card, and everything sounded great. No fuzzy sounds or anything. I decided to plug in my audigy 2 so that i can turn up the volume really high without any distortion or fuzzy sounds in cs:s. The sound is perfect for everything from playing music, watching movies, playings games etc.
However, when I play sins theres a scratchy fuzzy sound now. I've tried lowering the volume and different sound options, but there still is fuzzy sounds when I'm playing sins.

Anyone else have this problem and/or know a way to fix it?
