Unable to install

edit; I fixed the problem

I keep getting a 'Fatal error during installation' and have no idea why. I have never had the demo installed and SP2 is installed. Please help!

Windows XP Home Edition

Phoenix-AwardBIOS v6.00

AMD Athlon xp 2800+, MMX, 3DNow, 2.1Ghz

1024 RAM

Nvidia GeForce 7600 GS

All drivers are updated as is direct x.
