About pirates

Hi, I've got two questions about them : 1/ Is there any way to win the bounty ? By killing the race who have bounty on its head I mean.. 2/ What happens when I kill all pirates ? Do I become a pirates, receiving money to kill some ennemy units ? Thanks :)

Anyone can get bounty by destroying ships and structures of the player the bounty was placed on. Once the pirates are defeated, it just means no more pirate raids. Bounty is still an option though since players can get it.
